Currently, I am a Professor of Economics and Researcher for the Center for Economic Research at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
Between 1998 and 2002, I was affiliated to Departmento de Economía at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. In 1998, I got my PhD in Economics from the University of Minnesota. Before that, I studied my B.A. at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
