Each two years we organize at ITAM a Summer Camp in Macroeconomics.
The goal is to bring together macroeconomists from around the world with an interest in topics relevant to Latin American economies. In particular, a main theme that we focus on is explaining the productivity of nations. Typically, the workshop lasts for three days, in which around 12 papers are presented and discussed in detail.
Previous editions of the Summer Camp have benefited from the support of the Fundación BBVA, Banco de México and the IADB. The 2010 edition was kindly supported by a Conacyt grant.
